Spencer Grammer, an American voice actor, is most well-known for her character in the role of Summer Smith in the Rick and Morty animated series. Spencer Grammer was raised in Los Angeles California and is the son of Kelsey Grammer. At the time Kelsey Grammer was an accomplished actor and a film director. Spencer was also an creative child.
